Asbestos air testing and clearance certificates in Manchester
After higher-risk work, a clearance check confirms the area is safe to use again. Air tests can also reassure you after a disturbed material or an accident.

After licensed removal or enclosure work, an independent analyst usually carries out a visual inspection and air test before the area is handed back. A certificate of reoccupation is issued where the result is satisfactory.
Air testing can also help after fibre release, for example after a ceiling has been drilled or sanded by mistake. Our partner surveyors work with UKAS-accredited laboratories for analysis.
